Established in the 2011 as KEETs (Kids Enjoying Emerging Technologies). KEETs hopes to be a part of the solution! KEETs is a non-profit organization that was founded by Tradina DeMary, M.S.
KEETs provides enjoyment and enrichment for elementary, middle and high school students in various statewide Maryland communities.
KEETs serves children between 5 and 17 years of age. Our main mission is to allow children to develop their think tanks by introducing them to dynamic emerging technologies in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math via after-school programs in communities throughout the state of Maryland.
KEETs provides structured activities from which each child may choose or be assigned projects based on Science, Technology, Engineering or Math. Our project activities are of sufficient range to appeal to many personalities and interests. Activities balance the mental competence between quiet and active settings which seek to advance a child’s mental skills and physical experiences.
KEETs achieves its mission in a safe and respectful environment which gives way for educational advancement nevertheless releasing energy, socializing and unwinding opportunities are included as well. KEETs hopes to be a part of the solution!
